Top preserves

Harvest Song preserves, which are imported from Armenia, have been designed with an absolute respect for the raw materials: fruit harvested at full ripeness. Cultivated in altitude in the Ararat valley, where both air and soil are devoid of pesticides, these fruits are first harvested by hand and then delicately cooked in small lots following a traditional Armenian recipe using copper or pewter vats. The exquisite final product is then put in jars decorated with sun-dried rice paper from Nepal. The apricot jam releases an intense flavour with underlying sweetness and a tinge of sour for a perfectly balanced taste. A wonderful present...for yourself
