Each jar of Harvest Song preserves begins with the fertile ground of the Ararat Valley. All ingredients are grown in nutrient-rich, pesticide-free soil and nourished with the surrounding natural spring water. The thin air and direct sunlight found at the valley’s high altitude help to ensure the purest, most succulent contents possible. At our modern cannery, we adhere to highest quality control in accordance with the strictest international standards. The hand-picked fruits and vegetables are inspected, one by one. The perfect ones are carefully cut by hand to avoid bruising. All our foods are minimally processed with no additives or artificial coloring. The produce is prepared in small batches according to time-honored recipes. Then the most succulent fruits, vegetables and natural ingredients are vacuumed sealed in distinctively packaged, glass containers to preserve the taste and the nutritional value and quality of the food.
Great detail has gone into designing a sophisticated package. Our minimalist label and the glass jar is accented with original sun-dried, handmade rice paper from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Harvest Song Natural Artisanal Preserves "Our spectacular fruit taste can only be achieved by Harvest Song artisans who individually prepare small batches of selected ripe fruits with the skill and care that no large-scale processor can match. Our commitment is to create the finest and most wholesome preserves, packing them with the most sun-drenched fruit and as little as possible of anything else."
How much I enjoy...
Dear Harvest Song, I am now on my second jar of apricot preserve and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your product! The quality is much higher than any other preserve I have tried here in America. Your packaging is beautiful too!You have clearly put a lot of thought and love into your venture. I found you at Whole Foods in Fort Collins Colorado. Wishing you continued success in this changing world.

New fave cheese companion: Harvest Song preserves. Tea rose and sour cherry are best flavors, the stinkier the cheese the better.
